If you are looking for a Freehold Block Management company that you can trust, at Scott Estates Management we have a small, friendly and dedicated team specialising in all things Block Management to cater for all your needs.

We have owned a number of flats as investments, so we realise what Leaseholders are expecting from their Freeholder and appointed managing agent and what Freeholders require from Leaseholders, to ensure good estate management. Together with our qualified staff, we are confident in managing all aspects for you.

Our list of expected duties would consist of:

  • Collection of all ground rents and service charges monies
  • Preparation of service charge budgets and formation of year end accounts
  • Liaising with Chartered Surveyors with the administration of cylindrical building work programs
  • Supervision of maintenance contracts such as communal cleaning, gardening, lifts, security systems, and other day to day management issues
  • Arranging building insurance including valuations and claims administration

Regular site visits with at least two annual after hour management meetings with the Leaseholders; together with at least four quarterly inspections to ensure all areas of responsibility are being maintained.
