STRESS FREE

We aim to remove all the stress that comes with letting a property, by accompanying prospective tenants on viewings, carrying out tenant referencing including credit / employment checks and obtaining existing Landlord references.

Our experience in dealing with commercial and private Landlords means that we are confident our services can be suited to match each Landlords personal requirement.

OUR PROCEDURE

When a suitable applicant is secured, all appropriate monies will be collected in advance and a move in appointment is agreed. Once the Tenancy Agreement is signed and completed a schedule of the condition will be produced and presented to both Tenant and Landlord.

As a Propertymark Protected firm our client handling procedures are covered in our Conduct and Membership Rules which you can read here www.propertymark.co.uk/working-in-the-industry/member-requirements.

introduction Starter Level Service

Our most popular service to Landlords is the introduction starter level, where we locate and secure suitable tenants bespoke to your property, all tenants are referenced and are then interviewed. Subject to positive results, we report to our Clients and offer the property, we then produce the tenancy agreement, we then carry out a digital survey recording the condition of the property at the moment of the move in, with copies passed to both parties on disc, we arrange and insure the deposit, serve the prescribed information to tenants, we even produce to the Landlord a compliant copy template for the future rent reminders and then finally produce copy keys to complete the process.

It is then handed back for the Landlord to take over control. All this service for just 72% inclusive of VAT of the months rent as commission and £75.00 inc VAT per document mentioned in the above process. Isn't it time you considered a new approach?
